Makers' March Break: Heritage Craft Day

Date: Monday, March 16th

Workshop Price: $15 per child

Drop-off 1 Hour Classes -  Registration Forms to be sent 1 week prior to workshop. 

Monday's Makers' March Break programs are inspired by our historic collection! Join us to participate in fun activities centered around candle making. 

All supplies are provided. Each activity includes a hands-on craft kids take home!

Make Your Own Beeswax Candle

Time: 10:30AM-11:30AM (Ages 5-7) 

This workshop introduces kids to candles and how they were used by historic communities. Kids create and decorate their own beeswax sheet candle.

Make Your Own Beeswax Dip Candle

Time: 1:00PM-2:00PM (Ages 8-12)

This workshop guides kids through the history of candle making and lets them craft their own dipped candle, just like early settlers used.
