Shipping policy
Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible. When we receive an order, we will fulfill it as soon as possible. Some items require processing time before they can be shipped. We aim to process orders within 2-4 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that COVID-19 protocols and restrictions may also cause delays in processing and/or shipping times.
CURBSIDE PICK-UP:
Curbside pick-up is only available for certain products that offer "pick-up" at checkout.
Please wait to receive an email notification that your order is ready for pick-up before arriving at the pick-up location. The location for pick-up orders is the Museum of Dufferin (936029 Airport Road, Mulmur, ON L9V 0L3). Please make note of our hours of operation for picking up your order.
Upon arrival, please call 519-941-1114 to let us know you have arrived.
To confirm your order and identity, we will ask for your name, phone number and/or order number. Please have this information ready upon arrival.
SHIPPED ORDERS:
We currently offer shipping within Canada only. Shipments from our online store are handled by Canada Post.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout by Canada Post based on package size, weight and distance to destination. Delays may be experienced due to higher than normal volume or unique circumstances (e.g. COVID-19 pandemic). These delays are out of our control.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. After an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at modsales@dufferinmuseum.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We take care to package and label items to limit the likelihood of damage. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at modsales@dufferinmuseum.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
